One workspace, several moving parts
A product to ship. A client edit to send. A recording to prepare. Capture them as they come to mind, with the details that make the work actionable.
Followthrough keeps tasks connected to their projects, priorities, and prerequisites. Today brings the work that’s ready into view, with calendar sessions that make time to do it.
How it works
Describe one task or several in a single prompt. Followthrough turns the request into tasks with estimates, priorities, and suggested steps.
Give each task a project and a clear next action. Use Blocked by relationships to keep work in the order it needs to happen.
Plan work around connected calendars, working hours, and breaks. As tasks are completed or postponed, the planner updates the schedule.
Suggested tasks
Connected Gmail can surface possible tasks. Review each suggestion, then accept or dismiss it before it joins your plan.
Built for the way work comes to you
Capture a thought with Siri or Apple Shortcuts, or send text and links from another app’s share sheet.
Keep your next task close in the menu bar. Capture quickly with keyboard shortcuts, then get back to work.
Organize projects, review tasks, and see your plan alongside your connected calendars in the browser.
Why I built it
I’m Cory. I build software, work with clients, and run a recording studio. Switching between those roles means there’s always more than one project asking for attention.
I built Followthrough so a request can become a clear next action, then a planned work session. It’s the system I use to move between projects without having to rebuild my plan every time the day changes.
